As a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), Sharlot has a proven track record of designing and delivering specialized training programs. In her current capacity, Sharlot holds a pivotal role in overseeing the Talent and Development team, where her primary focus is on measuring and enhancing employee engagement across the entire organization. Her responsibilities extend to the strategic leadership of Kinetic’s companywide Learning and Development initiatives, wherein she implements best practices and incorporates current trends to ensure that the workforce remains as invested in their future as Kinetic is in its employees.

Sharlot is instrumental in driving efforts such as a formalized career development program and the continuous evolution of KCL Academy.
