John joined Kinetic in 2008 and has overseen some of Kinetic’s most iconic and complex projects as the Project Manager. He is a proven asset and integral team member on every job site, bringing his strong interpersonal skills and sense of humour.
John’s experience includes Phase II of the $65 million Hillside Centre Redevelopment project, where he oversaw the civil, mechanical, concrete and building envelope scopes. He subsequently was Project Manager on the $23 million Centre for Excellence in Trades Training at Camosun College. John also spent 3 years onsite as Project Manager on the $210 million Fleet Maintenance Facility Shop Consolidation Cape Breton, Phase V project for DCC. At its completion in 2020, the Royal Canadian Navy will be delivered nearly 200,000 square feet of additional shop space, making it one of the largest enclosed buildings in the Pacific Northwest.
As Victoria Branch Manager, he oversees all projects delivered from our Victoria branch office, proving oversight and resources as needed.
