Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Quality Integration Specialist to execute these position outcomes:
- Operational processes are consistently implemented and utilized across all projects
- Operational and Business processes are regularly evaluated to support a culture of continuous improvement
- Project and organizational data is accessible and actionable through well-maintained dashboards, enabling timely, informed, and strategic decision-making at all levels.
The wage for this position is $93,000 – $139,000 and is based on relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
- PMP or Equivalent
- Construction Management certificate/degree
- Procore Certification is an asset
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies is an asset
- Class 5 Drivers License required
Knowledge skills and abilities
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, quality management, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Procore and other construction management platforms
- Strong understanding of Quality processes and principles
- Experience in Business Analysis, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions.
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and facilitator skills
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and support training delivery
