Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Quality Integration Specialist to execute these position outcomes:

1. Operational processes are consistently implemented and utilized across all projects
2. Operational and Business processes are regularly evaluated to support a culture of continuous improvement
3. Project and organizational data is accessible and actionable through well-maintained dashboards, enabling timely, informed, and strategic decision-making at all levels.

The wage for this position is $93,000 – $139,000 and is based on relevant skills and experience. 

Qualifications

• PMP or Equivalent
• Construction Management certificate/degree
• Procore Certification is an asset
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies is an asset
• Class 5 Drivers License required 

Knowledge skills and abilities

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, quality management, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Procore and other construction management platforms
• Strong understanding of Quality processes and principles
• Experience in Business Analysis, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and facilitator skills
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and support training delivery
