Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Accounts Payable Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. In addition, this position performs an integral customer service role for the department.

The wage for this position is $46,065 – $69,097 annually and is base on relevant skills and experience. 

This is a 6 month term position with the anticipated start date of July, 2025. 

Key Responsibilities

  • General, Administration, Reception and Department Support – 15%
  • Accounts Payable – 70%
  • Asset Management: Tools – 5%
  • Accounting Systems Administration – 10%

Position Specifications

  • 1 year experience in accounting or an administrative position with exposure to accounting
  • Post secondary in accounting or finance considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communicator, relationship builder and business leader
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, process driven and efficiency seeker skills are all highly beneficial
