The project consisted of the construction of a commercial shopping centre and a multi- storey residential facility complete with underground parking. The project consisted of 140,000 sqft of parking in a one-underground level structure on pile foundations, along with 91 residential condominium units. 

The facility also included 70,000 sqft of retail and office commercial rental space in five different buildings. The project was built at the height of the construction boom, which required Kinetic to mitigate many challenges including labour shortages and difficult site conditions, including the discovery of blue clay. The project achieved LEED® Silver Certification.
