Mark Liudzius

Mark joined Kinetic in 1988 as a Carpenter and over time, he decided to go back to school and graduated from the BCIT’s Building Technology program with First Class standing. He traded in his tool belt for an office, returning to Kinetic in 1997 as a Project Administrator and has since managed some of Kinetic’s highest profile projects.

With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Mark has previously served as Kinetic’s Contracts Manager for 10 years, where he oversaw the work of our project managers. He also previously spent four years as Lead Project Manager on the $210 million Fleet Maintenance Facility Shop Consolidation Cape Breton, Phase V project for DCC.

As Executive Vice-President and Director of Operations, Mark provides executive oversight on current projects as well as new pursuits, taking a hands-on approach to all of Kinetic’s projects and ensuring effective resource allocation and client satisfaction.

Mark also serves on the Board of the Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA).
