Project Achieves LEED Gold
The Camosun College Centre for Trades Education and Innovation project has achieved the targeted LEED Gold certification.
The project was a new central student commons facility to serve the combined trades centres. It involved construction of a 78,600 square foot learning centre that included a new marine and metal trades centre as well as a new mechanical trades centre, all built to LEED Gold standard.
The project team worked very hard and diligently to ensure Camosun’s desired LEED target was achieved.
Well done team!
