Located at 4349 West Saanich Road in Victoria, Rosalie’s Village was designed and built to Built Green Gold Standards and comprised of 42 self-contained units of affordable housing.
The project was a four-storey residential building and two sets of residential townhouse structures. The development was built to house single mothers and children, along with older women who have not qualified for senior housing, and also provide daycare options for residents as well as the larger community. Also included in the project was a ground floor daycare, office space and a commercial kitchen.
