This project included the development of a fifty unit assisted living facility built on Cowichan First Nations land. The four-storey building consisted of concrete and wood framed structures with stone and cement board cladding. The interior included a commercial kitchen dining room, lounge, activity areas, administration, and related services. The project also features a dramatic atrium with a totem pole. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
