    Working collaboratively with a Project Manager, our Superintendents are responsible for:

    Preparing, monitoring, managing and updating construction schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are taken into consideration
    Regularly reviewing specifications and drawings, including shop drawings, and ensuring red-line drawings are updated throughout the project
    Estimating and managing project labour requirements, including recruiting and managing performance of foremen and crew
    Coordinating subcontractor work and ensuring details are completed as defined in scopes of work
    Establishing, implementing and overseeing site safety plans and quality control measures, including site inspections and site security
    Our successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising and leading projects, excellent communication skills, a passion for construction, and experience on a variety of Commercial and Institutional projects valued $5- $10 million.     This highly visible role will lead the HR function at Kinetic Construction, which supports 140 employees. The successful person will lean on their experience in the private sector and understanding of best practices to define existing processes and build new procedures to achieve success. They will be accountable for implementing strategic plans, achieve results and meet HR related project deadlines. The HR Manager will have access to an administrative assistant to assist with duties.

    Responsibilities include:

    Performance management – facilitate performance management programs that help to drive a high performance culture.

    Summary: Provide phone coverage and office administration support to all BRANCHES, including ordering office supplies, administering the VOIP phone system, coordinating mail and courier packages, and delivering diversified administrative support to departments as requested.

    Scope includes, but is not limited to the following:
