Since 1984 Kinetic Construction Ltd. has successfully completed hundreds of construction projects, employing a variety of project delivery methods. From our offices in Victoria, Vancouver, and Courtenay, Kinetic employs about 100 people currently constructing over 15 projects with an overall value of $85 Million. We operate as Construction Managers, Project Managers, Design-Build Contractors, and General Contractors.
